A few things sellers and agents often ask before sending their first message.
How fast will I hear back?
Most messages get a reply the same business day. If you submit on a weekend, expect Monday morning. Urgent listings — mention the timeline in the form and we’ll prioritize.
What should I include in my message?
Square footage, city, target listing date, and whether the home is vacant or occupied. Photos help but aren’t required. The more context you share, the more useful our first reply will be.
Do you give a quote without seeing the property?
We can give a ballpark range based on city, square footage, and staging type. For a firm quote we walk the property in person — that consultation is free and typically takes 30–45 minutes.
What if I’m not sure I need staging yet?
That’s a fine reason to reach out. Half our conversations start with “I’m thinking about listing in a few months.” We’re happy to walk you through whether staging makes sense for your specific property and market.
